Do you have a remedy for newborn kitten eye infection?

Ferrel cats are taking up residence in our backyard. We state power and begin to trust us, however, these kittens are covered in fleas, and 2 of them have eye infections. and is so bad that the eyes are closed shut and the kitten seems to be getting weaker. Clean the eyes with a saline solution, which could be short of going to a vet?

Nelly is right. An eye infection requires treatment, antibiotics. They can be very painful. If you can not afford a vet contact your local animal shelter local SPCA. It seems we all need to be observed.
