I'd say all the above...well not so much the size of the kitten, but usually the breed of cat they get.
I also think new kitten owners like information on how to train their kittens to do/not do something. Or the behavioral changes the kitten will go through as it grows.

They want every little peice of info that you can find. Especially if they are first time owners.
Behavior of cats, they aren’t like any other pet really. You have to understand that you don’t own your cat, your cat owns you. Your cat is going to do what it wants. I have had cats all my life and have considered trying to train them, but what’s the point? The are trained with food and then they keep me in the routine whether I like it or not.
Other then that, the basics, minor wound care, what symptoms can be serious and that cats puke, it’s a fact of life. Although excessive barfers need a vet check. Feed them high quality foods, no milk, and play with them often.
If you’re going to let your cat outside get it microchipped and if you are going to put a collar on it get a breakaway collar. I can’t tell you how many id tags and collars I bought for my Maggie before I finally just stopped making her wear one. But what would have happened if she didn’t have a breakaway collar? Would she be hanging from a tree branch somewhere strangled?
Alos, always know where you can go after hours in case of an emergency and always keep your cat up to date on all vaccinations.
Spay and neuter.
